BCM International UK has a pressing need to fill the vacant position of National Director.
The primary responsibility of the UK National Director is to provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care
for individual missionaries serving the Lord with BCM in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
(UK Missionaries). In addition he is to assist the UK Missionaries in determining before God, goals,
plans and strategy for ministry. With this comes the responsibility of helping each missionary in
developing their personal walk with the Lord, as well as their spiritual gifts and abilities, in order
that they can be of maximum use and effectiveness in their sphere of influence and ministry. The UK
Director is also responsible for promoting unity of purpose among the workers in the UK.
Please note that this is not a saleried position, but would be supported by the faithful giving of others.
