- To foster the economic and social regeneration of Annalong by working together as one community to create long-term viable and substantial employment opportunities
- To improve and enhance the environment in Annalong
- To foster inter-community reconciliation through promoting mutual respect and understanding for the different cultures and traditions that exist in Annalong.
